And as I started to read the one by The Temptations I thought that it was about a poor white person living in the ghetto.
I don't consider myself a racist. Buddy Bolden was the father of Jazz and Lionel Aldrich had a Superbowl ring and they were both diagnosed with Schizophrenia. Highly successful people. But in terms of the first one, all of his works were lost, missing or destroyed. I believe that the second one ended up homeless before he died. If I told you that they had their souls stolen you wouldn't believe it. So I am not posting this as if it is racism against black people. I am getting at that specific issue of soul theft.
So lets say that I as a white person wanted to sing one of those songs a Capello? Would it be considered hate speech? What legal interpretation would peg me on it? And you know they would.
I have no intention of singing any of those songs with the word in it. I am getting at something else. Perhaps general erosions of our Constitution that bury the two issues in this article. 1. The validity of soul theft and 2. Your free speech being taken away by the Republican Party.
Why does this come up now?
Because it looks to me the Trump admin is antagonizing citizens and then shooting them in MN? And sure many were deported under Obama Biden or whoever before. What makes it different? Trumps poor character makes it different and exacerbates the issue to the point of inciting civil unrest. And what happens if he actually does that? Incites Civil Unrest to a high degree? Well then it goes right along with him declaring that we will never have another President besides him again? Oh and he buddied up with Putin and Netanyahu. Why? So that he could learn how to get away with what they got away with? Should all conversations with foreign leaders be recorded?
Perhaps any interaction of an American Citizen with a member of a foreign government needs to be scrutinized.

If one of an artists works are tainted with that racist word is that enough to say that all of their works are tainted? Hence the disallowance of any proceeds thereof because it violates hate crime laws?
I don't know why I write this stuff. Something gets under my skin and wants to come out? Perhaps this is how I exorcise it from me. And ask yourself who would take away your right of exorcism by free speech like that?
Did you ever play army men with a sissy kid? And they couldn't believe that you would kill all of those 2" long molded plastic grey or green army men? That is the kind of odd geek that is in the Republican Party that wants to take away your rights.
