Lets say that you made a donation to a charity.
Every dollar has a serial number on it?
What about electronic checks?
How would you feel if you could trace where every single dollar that you spent went for a period of say 10 years forward?
Wouldn't that be neat?
Do we have the technology to do that?
Did it end up in a drug dealers pocket?
Did it end up paying the price tag for a mafiosos mansion?
Perhaps it ended up in the bank of a Presidential candidate that you don't like at all? And lets say you could roll back that dollar! Cancel that transaction. Bring that dollar straight back to you!
Even after 10 years?
Now I don't really advocate that specific idea. But it is interesting.
Did my dollar bill go with one of 10,000 dollar bills from people just like me in order to pay $10,000 for a $2 bolt?
And in terms of government efficiency...

Perhaps I gave money to a scholarship fund. And it could be seen that my dollar paid for someone's tuition. And that person went on to be a great leader; ended poverty, homelessness, drug use....
