So why the subtle nuance change from "Programs" to "Applications" then "Apps?"
Changes are made because it is found to make a newer generation better or worse understand the meaning of something?
Because what?
The end results ends up more like redistricting but applied to learning?
A program manipulates data whereas an application paints and expression?
To change the descriptors in order to more accurately reflect the meaning?
No, perhaps, but those decisions are really made in terms of what brings in more sales. Whether in a stretch longer term than that it leads to less sales? Short sighted business decisions? And it is a "give me the money right now economy." What does the other meaning of "Give me the money right now economy" a metaphor for; if not thiefdom! To steal from us until there are no longer any of us! Honestly, that is the way I see it.
