So I had sinus pain that was pretty bad. And I tried everything.
Then I remembered what a Sicilian once told me! He said try ice!
So indeed I took one of those blue plastic freezer ice cooler inserts from my freezer yesterday. I wrapped it in a think white kitchen type towel. And I held it to my forehead, the sides of my head and my maxillary sinuses (facial cheeks).
And by golly it seems to have healed me up fairly well.
So indeed, if you can't stand the weak leadership at the top and you can't stand all that is happening in our country because of it, and you hear the term ICE on television and you also have sinus pain that won't go away.
Perhaps that is what you can take away from it!
God's way of reminding you how to heal yourself? (I am a pretty good bs'r too!)
