Supreme Court Commentary 10 13 2020

A Judicial system disconnected from the Constitution it is meant to be consistent to. Creating a framework whereby if you give them a problem to solve they cannnot solve it because of the framework. In other words creating legal profession jobs for those who have no business being in the legal profession. Applying the law blindly without knowledge of the law. The origin of the law in the knowledge. The why of it. How is the why of the original law consistent with the why of it today? Again blindly claiming not to be able to expresss an opinion on that. The convienent job of someone not responsible to our people and democracy The Republicans want your guns and other rights? How? By stating that they are to follow the law. And stating they are not to determine if it is Consistent with the Supreme law it has to be consistent to. In other words if you wanted to hire a criminal or spy from a foreign country into our judicial system; intent on bringing down our Democracy, that is the exact wording that they would use. "I am to apply the law without regard to the Constitution." Haven't we had enough of this in our country? "That is somebody elses job?" For example go to ten Doctors one referred by the other and still no problem solved? Same goes for this judicial insurrection??? What does it really mean? "I am only here to apply the statutes?" It really means I am only here to apply the statutes subjectively. A complete idiot could not exist in our Judicial system framework unless they could make that claim in their defense, "I am only here to apply the law." And look at how they denegrate men? "Not the rule of men." Men created those great laws. The rule of law didn't create those Supreme Laws, men did. A Corporate we are told is really a person didn't create that Supreme Law, REAL MEN DID! © 2020 Thomas Murphy Do we really want people on the Supreme Court and our Judicial system whose personal feelings have no basis in the law? A person like that represents what, an idiot or fool class? Always referencing Scalia? Like somehow that Italian sounding name dropping helps? Is that the mind of a man? "My personal feelings have no basis in the law?"....Monster? This is sickening. More sickening mealy mouth, fickle brained jibberish from the Trump administration.
