Most people who legally have them are law abiding and are of the highly patriotic motto, "I am not going down without a fight."

And I view that as the home of the brave and the land of the free, "We are not going down without a fight." That is exactly how this country was founded and we won it! We won the war on Freedom that no one else could win!

So why Joe? Why foment that? Who are you attempting to please? Tip toe through the tulips Timothy Leary? Is that the hippie religious element you pander to?

And I actually like Joe Biden to a certain point. I am a Democrat and have always voted Democratic. Always viewed the Republicans as wanting to take away your rights. And I am highly for self determination! Unhindered, self determination! Tamper with the success of an individual in our nation and you tamper with the success of the entire nation.

Inquiry into Capitol Riot

So the headlines in the paper read that Senator Johnson and Republicans voted to block an inquiry into the riot.

Who planned it?

Who provided the logistics?

Who were the ringleaders?

Does the communications trail of the planning trace itself to high ranking political officials? They were speaking at the event and promoting it with words of violence on that very day weren't they! So the question really becomes what legal resource does our nation have with regard to them? Do you punish John Q Public who gets wrapped up in it via a march? And keeps marching along with the others until he is steeped in trouble?

But someone stated that these people were mentally defective?

And right there this has the same hallmark as when the BATF gave weapons to homeless to at least one homeless person in Milwaukee WI so that they would get in trouble?

So is the Capitol riot state sponsored violence? State created terrorists? Again the words of the high ranking politicians who spoke are all the evidence needed to prove that. State sponsored terrorism? But it isn't people I voted for. I didn't vote for State sponsored terrorism. But apparently if you voted Republican you voted for state sponsored terrorism?

I like people who ask intelligent questions. I like people that search for the truth. I like people who are honest leaders. One would believe it is a civic duty to seek out and document the origins of the Capitol right. And when you get those "origin" statements, as fact, and documented what level of prosecution are you willing to accept? And the problem here is that we have been led to believe by the media that the death penalty is really a form of violence. That if you are for the death penalty you are a violent person. That is your true personality. No offense but that is not patriarchal thinking. It is a patriarchal country and that is how it was founded. And it is the greatest country in the world and it needs to be a patriarchal country in order to survive. But not the kind of mealy mouthed, crooked, low life, drunken fugue, dead beat, greedy, evil father.

So it is Saturday morning. When you were a kid you watched cartoons. Do remember the nervous character who stated, "No, no, he's not in here. No he's not in here." What kind of a goon you got in your closet?

When I see legalized pot I think, "Whose American dream is that?"

When I see an "atypical" making millions on television I think, that is someone who displaced a good looking heterosexual man like me from their American dream.

When I see professional athletes living it up on and island and telling of their health food diet I think, all well and good but I believe that one drop of alcohol is more detrimental to your health than any of the benefits from a healthy diet and exercise.

And I would question the benefits of non nuclear families over the ones that are having their American dreams displaced by all of the above.

When I watch punk like arguments on television I think why pay adults millions for immaturity?

When I see a millionaire atypical I think, "Whose American dream does he think he is living?" Where is the congruent idea of success? How does this person feel they constructively fit? What benefit do they believe their success has for our nation? Who is financing this masked facade?

When I see a former President want to be on the Supreme Court I ask the question why? To take away your second amendment? I mean who is shooting who? We have to take away everyones guns because members of a covfefe in the inner city are shooting each other? Take away everyones guns because those who are proven via emperical evidence that they cannot be civilized are ruining the rights of John Q. Public normal?

Put it all together? What American dream are they trying to create and for who?

The gestalt of it is sickening!

Again, they wouldn't give it to you, but you are doing it, and they are getting paid for it. Again based on your comprehensive intelligence and not their own! We don't really need that "completely rotten" here do we?

Distance of the Earth to the Sun in relation of the Diameter of the Sun. So lets presume that the distance from one to the other stat is from surface to surface. Then take the radius of the sun and add it to that for a what the heck reason. So 94,141,000 + (865,370/2)= 94,573,865. So the distance to the center of the sun from the surface of the earth is 94,573,865. The diameter of the sun to that distance is 865,370/94,573,865= .0091% So a little less than 1%. So lets phrase it out this way, the diameter of the sun is 1% of the distance of the sun from earth. It is an interesting fact to consider with regard to Solar Energy and Ecology.

Gun Violence and Death by Cop or Man? 05 05 2021

So someone with a weapon or perhaps not a weapon charges a Police Officer. The Police Officer kills the person with a gunshot.

My basic point here is. Someone charges a United States Citizen with a weapon or perhaps not; that person shoots them in their defense and kills them. Why shouldn't that citizen have the exact same rights as the Police Officer in that matter? Instead of Death by Cop it should be ruled Death by Man?

Someone could kick your legs out from under you and after that you would be done!

So you are the man in the above example and a Police Officer arrives at the scene. You are scared and in shock and holding the weapon that killed the attacker. You also have reason to believe there are other assailants, perhaps gang members of the person in the area. And indeed they too may be hiding and a danger to the Police Officer as well as you. And you don't drop the gun because your hands are froze to it. And you are shot dead.

So this too is a murky area. Lets say that you have the same rights as the Police Officer as I outlined. What protocol should a Police Officer take in the issue? He is there to protect the public. And you are that Public that needs the protecting and did it already. Now I don't know the exact rules they follow. Obviously if they believe someone is going to shoot them they should be able to shoot. But shouldn't you be able to to? Without any worry about being charged? Because you should have that right? I think the courts weight it down on you though.

Do I guess what makes this murky in my mind is that years ago there was a Police Officer in Milwaukee whose brother was a drug lord or pimp or something like that. Okay look at the chess pieces on the board in the above? No matter what it is like a no win for the citizen?

Is Gun Violence really the right term to use or is it misleading? So can we presume that someone decided to take their own life by challenging someone else with a weapon who isn't a Police Officer? I mean how many deaths like that are really completely justified self defense. So why call it Gun Violence? Why label the person going on their merry way in life who protects themselves like that as a violent person? I think it is really a wrong term to use. The media has locked onto it though.

As if you don't have that right! What right do you have to become violent and defend yourself against an attacker? You were not violent at all were you? You were going on your merry way. You were confronted with some drug wired freak with the circular mind of a dog that chases its tail. And I will indeed that is what alcohol does to people. It creates that circular mind. The one that likes to quote every odd cliché that they ever have seen in any movie. As it is their memorized nuevo modern Bible?

Why call it gun violence? If we don't have the people in power with the authority and ability to break out the statistics so that they are not lumped into one misleading category then I believe our colleges are not producing a product that benefits our nation.

So here is a new legal standard that I believe in. The person with the drugs in their system is always guilty in this matter? The person with the pot in their system is always the guilty one. The person with the alcohol in their blood is always the guilty one? You likely won't be able to come to that point of view if you do not drink. Yeah and I was young and drank. And it was fun. But I don't a friend from that time in my life, I don't like any of those memories of drinking. And you know what? It is true. I absolutely never think of the times I drank. Why not? The better question is, why would I? Perhaps the experience of life when your brain is being deprived of oxygen from alcohol isn't valid, meaningful or worthwhile memories? And perhaps if you are a drinker and want to stop. You should think of it that way too. It is like the memories while drinking are experiences of you being cheated out of life?

Do you ever see people can't wait to grab for that smoke or whatever? I can't stand that! Why? Because they are being cheated out of life experience! Hard to explain, but the concept is real and true.

You see all the gun violence on the news. And it wants to tear at your heart strings doesn't it. I don't think that is fair in any way to the people involved in the violence.

Here is another one. A man beats his wife. A cop arrives on the scene and kills the beater. Seems like he did the right thing right? Who could say he should be charged with anything? Not me. Given that is all there is to the relationships of everyone involved. So again. Why doesn't the woman who is being beaten have the exact same right as the Police Officer standing in that situation? You say I sound like a kook? Don't you believe that principle would go a very long way in ending husbands beating their wives? I think it would. But you want to play the devils advocate on the issue don't you?

And sure perhaps you have stand your ground laws in your favor. But I believe that innocent until proven guilty isn't being applied when you are brought up on charges in a matter like that?

I do believe a lot of this serves to weaken our nation. And I will say it again. The Purple Gang were horrifically violent bootleggers and the court system wouldn't touch them; they were untouchable. I think we have some of that legacy in the system. I think a lot of these "liberal" policies serve to weaken our nation with the intent to destroy it. And it was found out that some court cases were rigged so that it would weaken the validity of calling for the death penalty sentence? Who does that serve? It serves a networked organized crime. What good is that for our nation? Less than zero.

"Gun violence." As if you have a gun to protect yourself it means you are a violent person with violent tendencies! Do you see? It is like one of those veiled queer psychiatric criteria being slobbered all over the American Red White and Blue.

So hearing that term is indeed another one of the reasons I can't stand to watch that boobed tube.

How to make a perfect Tuna Salad Sandwich 5 3 2021

Thomas Perfect Tuna Sandwich Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 can tuna

1/2 cup lettuce

2T Spinblend Mayo

Pinch Rosemary Powder

Pinch Celery Seed Powder

2 T organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Okay I going through this quickly. Use toaster oven function to toast center of cut bun. Mine takes 8 minutes but I stop it before that for this. Or use toaster to toast white bread if that is what you have.

Open can of tuna. Strain it by pushing on middle of cut out lid over sink. Place tuna in cereal eating size bowl. ( Love anguish English). And don't cut a thumb or finger at this step. You know what? Forget about it; get the h3ll out if here.

Put about 2 tablespoons of Spinblend Mayo in there.

Spice with a pinch Rosemary powder and pinch celery seed powder.

Cut off a chunk of lettuce. Perhaps a half cup and place in large cup and add about 2T organic apple cider vinegar. Cover lettuce with cold water and let sit. (Do this as earlier step so vinegar works to purify lettuce a little more.)

Then as final step take lettuce and drain completely of AC Vinegar and water. Cut quickly into about 1/2" pieces.

Put lettuce in bowl with tuna "bowl" mix. Stir it up good with a fork and fork on buns or toast.

Don't worry too much about this and that. I never measure it out.

What you will get here is better than what they serve at ANY Deli or restaurant.

Makes two sandwiches.

If that friend glamorizes marijuana usage, same thing, null and void to you a lost cause.

If they seem like they are their older brothers or even fathers fuck boy, consider them a lost friendship cause too.

If you go over to their house and they tell you that they touch their own eye all the time and make their younger sister eat pooh, that is a lost cause friend too. I mean what is wrong with people?

If being their friend seems like you should be highly paid to be a juvenile counselor or cotton mouthed therapist, heck with it, don't do it.

Commentary 5 2 2021

I don't like listening to voices on the tv, radio or elsewhere where the persons voice sounds like they need a discrete air supply.

To me it is like, you could have given that job to a white straight laced adult male trying to raise a family.

But instead we have to listen to people when sound like could have benefitted at some point in their life from a discrete air/oxygen supply.

One More Point 5 2 2021

If we are not going to have a meaningful death penalty why do we give Police Officers, who are lower level officers of that same court the right to use deadly force?

Because it was viewed as an eminent need to protect public safety.

But once that person is custody the eminent need is gone?

It is compounded if the problem and seems elemental of the Posi (sp?)Comitatus?

So all you have to do is safely catch the criminal and their threat to society is gone? That right there is evasive of the meaning of justice. It is also misleading and untrue.

So who's wishful thinking is it? The stuttering son of a drunk?

Do I consider these two posts as backing up the badge, to be in support of Police Officers, to avoid ambiguity? You better believe I do.

Mass Shootings 5 2 2021

How many Mass Shooters that lived and we're apprehended got the death penalty?

It would seem to me that if "they" were really concerned about it he victims of mass shootings you would give the shooter the death penalty.

But instead it is all wishy washy and then years later we see how families of the victims were brainwashed into forgiveness via an odd, really odd, political correctness?

Perhaps it is really this the people of the weak minded know that if you have a potential shooter and the death penalty that p s is more likely to just take their own life? And there are an awful lot of weak minded around.

Nor do you ever see the event where the news Media reports the Prosecution is asking for the death penalty.

So let's say you destroyed the Constitution and the, I don't know what they are, got their way on guns.

You have someone killing by other means and still no real deterrent existing in the death penalty.

I think we have a lot of split non nuclear families where the boys just don't learn from their fathers.

So you solve problems by addressing what the problem is. You don't by a new wheel for your lawnmower when it needs a new spark plug, because you are not going anywhere with that.

So the President's talk about mfg jobs. While at the same time shop classes are going away and everyone wants pot. It isn't going to add up to a healthy America. Of all the highly paid ivy leaguers how come none of them can project those interesting lines going forward and map out the true economic impact?
