In this dish I peeled the potatoes. Cut them to boil size and boiled them. When they were one minute from being done I added the broccoli to the top of the pot. Boiled the broccoli a little bit that way until soft. Then tool it out and drained the 4 potato's added 1t butter, 1/2 t salt, probably 3/8 cup milk and mashed them.
The lobster tail I paid $7 bucks for.
The efficiency being how the broccoli was cooked.
And don't discount the use of "potato water"...works good in bakery items.
