You know, they can whittle away at the Second Amendment until it is almost non existent. But yet they have no problem with people who profess a Christ based belief system becoming multimillionaires by creating Churchs.
When indeed Christ said that in order to follow him you must give up all wordly possessions.
So what I am saying is that if you can go after the Second Amendment perhaps there are abuses to the first amendment that need to be addressed to?
Why? Because that changes the belief system of someone who is central to it? It is a misrepresentation of a religious belief for money.
That First Amendment is there so that you are not forced to believe in a King or a Roman Emperor as God! It is there to prevent that aspect of Fascism? And we see how these blasphemous religious leaders are contributing to facism and therefore the death of our Democracy.
I am not saying that you shouldn't openly be able to believe in Jesus Christ. I am saying that you should not be cajoled into believing the opposite of Jesus Christ teachings. And a religion accumulating millions in profits is just that.
In effect it is a violation of that very constitutional amendment that is there to protect it.
To conveniently use that First Amendment to defy the First Amendment and the other amendments. Perhaps that says it best! To use an Amendment or contrive a use of an Amendment that serves to defy that Amendment. Reads like treason to me.
