So let's say someone owns a casino? Perhaps they should also be required to have a free soup kitchen for the homeless?
Let's say someone owns a gas station in the poor area but lives in a wealthy suburb. They sell cigarettes and alcohol and make a ton of money. What would be wrong with saying some of that money belongs right in that poor area?
The idea here being to prevent money from being taken out of one community and going to another community. Why? Because it creates communities that are is such poor shape they are slums and hard to revive without a bulldozer?
And let's say you let a pimp out of jail early. What would be a great stipulation that they had to do for the rest of their life as work? I mean forget it, right, they aren't going to want to do anything whereby they have to respect people?

Did Jesus Christ go into a colony of the sick? Did he say, beware the leaven (yeast, fungus) of the Pharisees?
And I really do ask the question, what did so and so get out of their Catholic Education? And then of all things you see a Catholic Priest who the common people adore, and you find out he has luxury cars and affairs with women? And yeah, I do ask, what did that Catholic Priest get out of a Catholic education?
