When a company can't redesign something in order to make it better because they no longer have the type of people who could think of the original design and the why of it in the first place?
In other words you don't have the same class of people present who could comprehend the original design. So how do you expect to know what improvement is?
You put all the good people, with the prophet level intelligence, on medication?
