ISome countries have some forms of it.
But what makes it so expensive? If not legalized alcohol?
So what if you declared yourself a non drinker and you have a college degree.
It should be less expensive for you because you chose a less risky behavior in many ways.
But in effect you are paying the alcoholics insurance when you pay yours. Which almost means addiction is a behavior condoned by the US Gov. I see no reason for it to be that way. We can be a man about some things in this country. We need to be a man about a lot more things in this country.

And the problem is also that people drive without it. And that also raises the cost.
And that you have people that drive without it and get off the hook?
Which means those who let them off the hook perhaps believe it would be a terrible thing to not let someone drive? And perhaps if you compare a drug free inner city youth to a wealthy white collar criminal you come to the same conclusion?
And that paragraph brings up an interesting point about right and wrong from the point of view of those who are on the front line of life and death? And I respect that opinion.

Let's say that you were able to track the alcohol a drunk driver had back to the tavern or store that sold it to him. Perhaps those owners should pay higher insurance rather than someone that does not believe in the merit of alcohol?
Wow, what a phrase filled with lies, wosre than an oxymoron, far worse, needs its own definition? The merit of alcohol? You might call it "sociopathic phraseology?". And indeed if you had the round magnifining glass doctors serving a purpose in this country they would have proudly and professionally addressed a political risk to our democracy like that "sociopathic ideology". But why not? Because they start to step on their own foot when their intention is true and also make their own path forward unnavigable?
*****"
Wow, what a quandary, someone attempts to go straight in life when they have been participant in making that path for themselves unnavigable.
