Is how Police treat those of different races?
There is a cultural clash of either understanding standards or perhaps fear based on knowledge of prior interactions?
I don't see how it can be resolved.
You grow up learning laws and meeting and standards and then as an adult resent those who don't?
I don't know if I could do the job of Police Officer any better than some of those officers that went too far?
And you know what? There is a general trend to scoff at true authority? To not recognize authority because it contradicts a basket of lies you want to think about yourself?
You get exposed to the same level of disrespect over and over as a Police Officer is and you are not going to crack?

You are a good person because that is what you are and you want to live in a community with good people. It is something you believe in.
And the trouble gets compounded when you have a white founded high standard Democracy and you have white people that can't learn a darn thing.
