So let's say you have a foreign nation whereby the dictator tortures their own citizens.
That country could grow to be a threat to worldwide freedom and the human race.
What is wrong with issuing an ultimatum to that country,
"Either you hand over that dictator or we nuke the whole lot of you?" "Or if you execute them that would meet the requirements of not being nuked too."
How do you initiate change in lesser countries?
Leading by example doesn't seem to work. Capitalism doesn't seem to present a good "role model" for them to emulate either. The notion of competition just makes them make their citizens work so hard they can't enjoy any of the fruits of their labor.
And then you say to yourself, what is here that shouldn't be here?
So why does a leader become a dictator like that? Because they know that they don't have the skills to fairly complete as an individual and never will. Hence they need to do everything to make everyone else do their work for them. And there are probably some Americans who idolize that bad idea.
