When you are talking to someone and they can't follow a human stream of consciousness!
It is like there are swiss cheese holes in their brain that prevent them from following a human stream of consciousness.
As they are pretending to listen that electrical synapse finds its way to the edge of one of those stinky swiss cheese holes and stops right there, leaving the look of confusion on their face.
That stinky hole in your brain is what you made yourself into. Or perhaps you are just the (FAS?) embodiment of your mothers hatred of life?
