Because most accidents happen in the home. It means that ham bone head is going to be a lot safer in the office. And because that ham bone head is such an asset to the company that is where they should be.
How can you insure someone who is working from home when most accidents happen in the home?
Best to have all the ham bone heads in the same place rather than out about in communities popping their ugliness up here and there.
