I am not real good at making bread. Perhaps needed to raise longer or knead more. But it tasted really good, like an expensive cinnamon roll, but without the cinnamon or glaze.
This is worth a study. I am m going to have to get a book about it and read it.
I couldn't wait to o let it raise more as I wanted to it it with leftover spaghetti tonight. Got to start out early in day to make bread?
I am encouraged by the results. One time you get one thing right and the next time another and then two things right the next time....
