So I once read that the FBI had to recreate evidence in order to hide or keep secret the real source of their evidence.
What if the real source of that evidence was something like what a Jehovah's Witness saw in their minds eye? Something like that but not that?
It would violate a defendant's Constitutional Right to Freedom of Religion. And also because there is a connection between the observer and the observer would could indeed find the observer partially guilty if not indeed fully guilty!!!
