I am trying to understand this. At first blush we say hooray for the United States, we stuck up for ourselves and did the right thing by tanking those oiler tankers full of oil.
But right now I have to ask myself the question and honestly answer it, "Is that not stealing?"
Are we going to give them the oil tankers back when certain conditions are met? Have we stated conditions to them?
Will the oil in those tankers show up as record profits on a United States Oil Company Income Statement? Or perhaps they might even somehow show up as windfall profits on a foreign owned oil company we all believe is United States owned?
(This point fits in here somewhere, shouldn't we be able to produce our own oil? Didn't 'he' say that we are a net producer exporter? Is corporate America leading us by the hand into Imperialism? Don't you ever say nothing derogatory about that flaky skinned alcoholic CEO you worked for?)
And we are going to build the largest battleships ever built. All well and good. But you get someone like me in there as President and it won't be like the above. Which brings me to the next point.

They love to talk about who is an ally of the United States and who isn't on the news media. Did you ever realize some of that news media your ears are being bombarded with are foreign owned! So in effect it is a foreign owned media outlet begging you to believe it is really a Johny Apple Pie American company and the foreign country that owns it is the best ally you ever had!
When you get older did you ever realize that when your parents didn't want you to be friends with so and so it was the best thing that they ever could have told you? I believe that the same is true with who we consider to be our allies.
And this is the statement I will make. We need to codify who can be an ally of the United States!!!!
Just like how your parents might have attempted to apply standards to you with there being some behavior they didn't like in a friend of yours?
So at the very least an ally must meet these three provisions!
The First Amendment of the United States:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
(For the word congress you substitute the name of the country that desires to consider itself an ally.)
The Second Amendment of the United States:
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
And what is the reason for this ally status?
Without creating who can be an ally status those alliances are only going to drag our country down! And that isn't great!
So do we have the intent of giving that oil back upon a regime change?
And indeed lets say it is true that they are shipping drugs that kill Americans. Well okay. And perhaps that concept can be expanded and enforced with those brand new battleships.
There is the reason. That is the reason that has been told to us. And I believe far too many Americans are dying from being poisoned.
And you know some things Trump is dead on right about! I suppose it is how I see him interacting with other people that clouds my perception of him.
Our Founding Fathers didn't want us to have too much to do with foreign countries.
I used to believe that foreign media programs gave a fresh perspective in the United States.
I no longer believe that. I think that they are propagandizing the normality of some things that both I and the Republican Party appear not to like.
Would it be wrong to say that if a foreign domiciled country wanted to speak the news in our country or buy land or property here that first they must meet the criteria to become an ally? We know it will never happen! And perhaps there are think tank egg head CIA types that don't want the rest of the world to be as free as us? They find it a threat to us? No, the reason being they want to whittle our democracy down because every day is an epiphany of individual horrific existence. And it is best evoked in them by the people born and raised in freedom. Could call them the Ma-fiascos? I know what the Bible called them.
