Ingredients:
6 potatoes various sizes, Yukon gold, 1/2" cubed
1 red and white label cream of potato soup
1 celery stick, slice lengthwise once and chopped.
2 green onions diced
8 small carrots, chopped to as much as you can
1/4 t Whole rosemary
~10 Whole black pepper seed
~10 Whole coriander seed
Turmeric: pinch
Pink salt
Filtered water
To do:
Fill larger sauce pot about a half with water. Sprinkle of salt to it boiling faster.
Add potatoes. Adjust water to a little less then if desire.
Then prepare other veggies except green onion and add to pot and boil, and put on med. Add spices per taste.
Add can of cream of potato soup. Stir it up
Let this cook until potatoes are soft. Ad
Add green onion and put your high quality immersion blender in there and smooth it out and serve. Salt to individual taste.
