So I once heard that Britain had knowledge of the Japanese fleet in the pacific before Pearl Harbor. And to me it seemed odd the way the US ships were moored in Pearl Harbor; making them easy targets to hit.
But here is a fact that needs to be taken into consideration w with regard to the use of nuclear weapons. The Japanese killed 15 to 20 million Chinese in that WW2 era! That is a big number by a nation with imperialist goals or structure.
You ask the question, when would that have stopped otherwise?
So to us they are Asian but they think of themselves differently from one another?
When you look at US History, I do not consider myself as the same race as the British. Even though were both white. People of color might not understand that or the relevance of it. We broke away from the British and established freedom. Do the British think they are the apex of white people? Or do they believe in bloodline superiority? I would call that racism. And you can argue all you want about definitions. But ask yourself what sense in terms of freedom? Who really believes in it? Perhaps the belief in freedom is a charactistic of a race based on brain genetics that transcends skin color definition? I think that is the way to think about it.
Maybe better stated this way, I have a hard time finding commonality with those who would seek to take away your rights. Do I believe in taking away the rights of those who would take away your rights? Perhaps that is justice. Do you get it?
