Or rather how to beat this rights.
Should a United States Citizen be allowed to say that they don't want alcohol or tobacco products to be advertised to them in any form? What about prescription drugs? What about legal services?
I think that you should have that right!
In other words, none of that comes in the mail to you! None of it is allowed to come in any magazine or newspaper that comes to your house!
Those products are addictive, so your right stem from there! I think you have that right! What legal precedent? It is really simple. The Founding Fathers thought of it already. And how did they think of it? Because they had to deal with bozo the clowns! That legal precedent can be simply stated, "We hold these truths to be self evident."
I hold this truth to be self evident, that those who would get you addicted to cancer causing products should not be able to advertise to you. Whether or not you paid for the medium the product is advertised on.
So to assert that legal right perhaps it always has to be stated why think it is a self evident right. And I believe in a new court system it should be allowed as a submission in your defense. No more of this invalid British series of illogical legal premises that come around like a snake.
And what happens then?
They go and dry up!

There out to be a button on your cable television remote that say's "No more" press that button and you never see a commercial from that product or person again.
A letter comes in the mail. It has to have a box on it that says "No more"
A newspaper that comes to your door it has to have a square bardcode, what are they called,? You take your phone zirc that bar code and "no more!"
And they go and dry up!
