We need to account for the military training of United States Citizens and residents.
What does that mean? That means that if you have had military training you must make your whereabouts and location known to the United States Government. That training was in most cases funded with United States taxpayer dollars and we need to know what you are doing in our country with that training. You will be required to accurately fill out an information card and report to the United States government yearly on any activities regarding the use of your military training or what could be considered military training. Failure to do so will be considered an act of treason as will the misuse of military training.
We cannot afford the incidence of electronic warfare that targets United States citizens that was funded by United States tax dollars or any other means. This is an act of treason.
Activities that will be included in the scope of this law will include instructing on how to deploy computer viruses and any means of electronic based harassment initiated by you against innocent Americans.
This law will not include means to protect yourself against activities that are unrecognized by our United States government or any official thereof. In other words we need to separate out the good and productive from those who are unworthy of the title of United States citizen.
Also any person who has entered the United States must report any skills with regard to the above immediately upon entering.
