Alcohol to be punch card based 12 07 2011
Limit to three drinks a day.
If sick or mentally ill or pregnant can’t buy any on punch card. Punch card revoked.
Or better yet.
All alcohol must be paid for with a country issued debit card that bears a tax.
If a person had three drinks at a bar and wanted more he would have to go home. (or maybe wait some hours, too early to make concessions to the new rule though)
Or a citizen can make their own.
A citizen should also be able to make their own hard liquor. At least they will learn something in addition to being an alcoholic burden to our country. And if they go blind they will be required to drink a death bottle of alcohol that kills them, more people will learn from this too.
Cigarettes: Gone: no commercial sales or any form of trading allowed. But you can grow a limited amount of your own tobacco for personal use. At least you will be forced to learn something and this mitigates the extreme cost to our society that you represent.
