Why can't they be like everyone else, promptly on the hour or half hour?
Because they want everyone to consider them to be special and privileged to have an odd time???

Ps. If I were Governor of this State I would eliminate exemption from school class time for being on sports teams. For example students would never again be allowed to get out of class time for either practice of sports or competition with other schools in sports! That only bolsters the rise of illegitimacy.
Did you have a gym teacher whom you thought wasn't even good enough to ring the church bell?
