So when a person comes to you with pain the first thing that you should say to them if you want to become a good Doctor is something rude and potentially humorous! For example:
A woman comes to you with finger pain the first thing you should say to her is:
"Where have you been putting that finger of yours?"
It doesn't really matter what you say as long as it is rude and potentially humorous. The effect being to deny that the person has a health concern. And to betray the persons own confidence in their assertion that they have a valid health concern.
