How is he supposed to react when he comes upon an individual that believes American life is about being high on pot and acting in those terms?
Do you see how the problem is way out of hand already?
So what facilitated it? Limited Liability in the media business allowing those without skill to advance? Money buying up the media. Covfefe? How about that race that recycles their money eleven times over and worked very hard at criminal activity to end the 18th Amendment. They came from Russia and were called the Purple Gang and they all had learning disabilities.
And more to the point. I actually believe that Police Officer isn't hired unless he has a learning disability.
