To sum it up, you can't have Police Officers acting like they are the ones that belong in jail!
You can't have Police Officers acting as if they are gang members.
Leadership integrity flows from the top down!
You can't have leadership that doesn't see it the above way.
You can't have Police Officers that watch the Movie "Training Day" and view it as a template for how to be a Police Officer.
You can't have Police Officers that use alcohol, drugs or visit Prostitutes.
You can't have mentally defective Police Officers that could not graduate from school.
You can't have punk like officers on the force.
You need leadership that maintains a Police Force that has integrity.
You can't have a Police Officer whose brother is a Cocaine Drug Lord.
Good God! How long has this weakness been going on?

You also can not have any legalized drugs or Prostitution in your community. And I do believe it needs to be enforced with the death penalty at the court level and not the street level.
You also cannot put someone in jail with homosexuals because that is cruel and unusual punishment. Despite what your Italian mother told you.

What about Homosexual Police Officers? By definition and observation a Homosexual doesn't believe their is anything wrong with that behavior. Would they therefore be unbiased as to sending a heterosexual man to prison where there are homosexuals? Let me try and articulate the point here. I think that they have some emotion to that effect. Want to see the heterosexual become a homosexual? "If they only could try it?" "Oh how happy they would be?" That kind of screwed up mentally defective thinking. I am saying that without a doubt that pervades their everyday thinking even while on duty. It is the way that brain is miswired. And science has proven that it is caused by a defect to the gene that regulates serotonin. In other words what makes a person happy is wrong in them. Yes, per memory I am right on this. I remember reading about sodomy being standard initiation in the Australian Navy. We have a world full of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome people that love to assert themselves, just like the fat lady likes to wave her scarf around.
