Showing your Gun 07 18 2018
I wonder what Concealed Carry classes have to say about showing your gun when someone asks if they can see it? As to how the holder should respond? What the appropriate response is? And the better question is, lets say that you just say no. And then the person that asks to see it quickly takes it from you? Right while they are attempting to take it from you do you have the right to shoot and kill them?
Let's characterize the situation correctly. Anyone who does that can be deemed to have a screw loose in the first place. Hence even though our liberal court system would highly likely put you in jail for it, I don't believe that they should be able to or even bring charges against you.

The other day I saw a news clip where a black man in Chicago was approached by officers. To me it looked like he was doing nothing wrong by opening carrying his gun per the Supreme Law of the Land which CAN not be changed. One of those officers appeared to be a woman.
The man was shot and killed.
When that Supreme Law was formed Women were not even allowed to vote.
So right there does a woman ever have the right to approach you and take your gun? I would interpret the Supreme Law as saying NO! No matter what uniform she has been GIVEN.
It really means that you can't have women or women analogs on the Police Force per the Supreme Law of the Land.
Do you get it? We can't amend the Constitution and change a former part of it with that Amendment! Why not? Because whatever Amendment occurred later has to be consistent with the purpose and intent of the Constitution to date.
So indeed a great many things that have occurred in our Country that have weakened our Democracy have been ILLEGAL! Do we have a Supreme Court that interprets it that way? No. We have a Supreme Court that is about the same as the media or the drug addicted actor.
Again our legal system doesn't view it that way so you would likely be killed.
Kind of reminds me of what Jesus implied. A lot of you are going to die in my name. What did he mean? That there was so much corruption that those who stood up against it would be legally slaughtered. Now that homosexual voiced priest that you all love to gather by on Sundays will never preach it to you that way.
