You would see an entirely different picture of the true impact of drugs.

A man weighs 150 pounds.  He has a beer and a shot of whiskey and immediately he gets in the car and drives and gets in an accident.

His blood level of alcohol has not increased to reflect the true amount?  Because it hasn't saturated his blood yet?  But what am I getting at?  With an alcoholic is there an immediate affect that isn't recognized in the blood level testing?  Perhaps it is because the liver isn't working as well in the alcoholic so the alcohol being "Trickled" into the bloodstream is more "pure" alcohol?  If that phrasing makes any sense?

A woman smokes a joint.  For how long after she smokes that joint is she unfit to drive?  I mean look at the prevalence of marijuana today?  And the justice system really hasn't put an adequate and responsible framework in place to death with this specific issue.  You go to the neighborhood grocery store and everyone working there looks wasted to you.  And what a horrific sight, to see a young person wasted.  Zombie eyed.  Like their life and future are a complete shock to them?  But this is what the media is propagandizing is okay?  I really don't know where you are from.
