How to correctly reassert the spirit of the constitution after it has been picked clean by Lawyers for decades?

If a country has failed economically is it not then a new country? What economist has ever been able to prevent one? If they cannot prevent one, they cannot then accurately tell you the cause!
If a country has failed economically is it not then a new country?
Most people would look around while it is in a depression and say, “What happened to our country?” Meaning it does not seem to be around anymore!
Is it like monopoly where there is a new game? If so do we wipe all, but the core truths of our original constitution and rebuild from it to encompass what we have LEARNED to prevent failure?
That would be called pragmatism and it is how I learned to fix things. Would I trust you to rebuild our constitution? No! Would I trust or entrust Rick Perry with that power and authority? Hell no! Would I trust someone who is labeled a right wing conservative Republican? No. Would I entrust a Democrat that did not fight for our rights all along? No! Would I trust someone who has not had a history of being outspoken for the rights of others? No!
Would I entrust someone who plagiarized or paraphrased my beliefs? No!
Upon failure what responsible adult does not try and see what went wrong to prevent it from happening again to the detriment of the American public?
And is that not the time to decide, “How to correctly reassert the spirit of the constitution after it has been picked clean by lawyers for decades.”
