It is a cross between Bruce Dern and Jack Nicholson. Both of these actors are type cast because of the sinister sounds of their voices. Here is one instance where the movie industry gets the casting right. But did our Government get the casting right by hiring Donald Rumsfeld?
Does anyone believe him when he speaks and offers explanations or… alibis?
