When the Judicial System Fails Regarding Crime 11 17 2011

When the Judicial system fails regarding crime. 11 17 2011

Why do we need these out of prison, in prison, out of prison, in prison types in the United States anymore.  Why can’t we just give them a fresh start life in Mexico.  They are not happy here anyway.  Let them be dropped off over the border.

I can hear them already, “I’m scared.”

“What do we do?”

“What laws did we have in the United States that we should have here also.”

“I wish that I was a good person and did not have to leave the United States.”

That is exactly what England did.  Australia was indeed a penal colony.

There is a crime Lord in Milwaukee whose mother ran a day care center.  He paid off police officers with money and likely with prostitutes.  He also tortured people with butane lighters and hot chicken grease. (I wonder if the FBI was at the Cain rally in Milwaukee, he supports torture.  They should have been there and photographed everyone there.) You know they are going to get out of prison.  What neighborhood spokesperson in this country is content with them living next door?

There is another criminal in Milwaukee, a black woman who allegedly defrauded the government of over $3 million dollars.  Her great chain of day care centers had ties to over 100 crime lords in Milwaukee.  What were those crime Lords likely doing?  They were likely molesting children and stealing their souls.  They were likely creating a master race of criminals out of you black children.

What is the nature of the increased gun rights or liberalized gun rights?  It is a failure of our Judicial system to maintain order.  Not to mention that the police seem to want to subjectively decide what citizens to help.

If I were Governor of Wisconsin I would require that every citizen own a gun.  Then I would fire the whole Police Force lock stock and barrel.

And what is a citizen to do when there is no law enforcement to protect them?  They protect themselves.  And how can the government be accountable for their actions when there is no police force?

Bottom line the judicial system once resumed would end up tracking down the bad criminals, and might not be able to prosecute those who protected their neighborhoods from drug dealers and other satanic.  I mean how can you find someone guilty if there was not government function to address their safety.

Of course I do not know who the criminals in your neighborhood are.  But some of you do and don’t like them.  They have thugged you around for too long.  They have raped your children, sold them drugs, ruined their lives.  That should not happen or be allowed to happen in the United States of America.

What I am also proposing is a national database that is anomalous and has pictures of all suspected drug dealers and criminals on it.  A citizen ought to be able to copy a year book photograph off the internet and post it on the site.  And maybe check a box that says what type of a criminal that is.  The criminal of course can write a paragraph to his/her defense.  What would happen would be your criminal would copy the paragraph of someone else and it would defeat the system. Okay maybe it won’t work but it seems like the start of a good idea.  Wait how about this, known drug dealers who have been convicted database just like the convicted sex offender database.  The two are highly connected.  We also need a known drug user database!  It would be a requirement that doctors test for and report this upon admission. That database would fill up faster than a Tea Party gathering!  Drug dealers could also get a tested clean date category to add to it and would be required to be tested yearly, but they always stay on the sight!  We have a right to know that as well as any DWI convictions for accidents involving injury of other people.

And I am all for sending the T-Party to Mexico!  T Party you are like the boy who cried wolf and we both know it.
