Police Officer Rittner and the United States Constitution 02 12 2019

Police Officer Rittner and the United States Constitution 02 12 2019

Why does our Constitution state that laws are to be the same from State to State?

So that you don't create criminals like Fricke who would believe that if certain drugs are legal in another State that he is within his right "somehow"  to defend himself from search and siezure in a State where they are not legal.

So where has the Federal Government been on this issue?  It seems like there was negligence on that level.

And what power does the Federal Government have over states that break the Constitution?

I believe that the Federal Gov should have the right to remove State Judges and Legislature.

But what about this?  Fining a State that has legalized drugs so that the people in that State have to work harder and therefore will not support referendums?

That seems like a way that would more or less further unravel our Democracy.

I think you need a strong hand at the Federal level.  One of moral righteousness.  And why don't we have that today?

It has to do with people who have very little real world American Experience attaining Political Power?  Yeah it bothers me.  But not so much that I want to be the guy typing in all Capital letters that is having an ulcer and heart disease at the same time.
