Commentary with regard to article titled “Archdiocese bankruptcy may impact Mequon”

Commentary with regard to article titled “Archdiocese bankruptcy may impact Mequon” and subtitled “Church payouts could shift cemetery upkeep onto city budget” by Michael Meidenbauer.  Published in the North Shore NOW on Thursday, April 11, 2013  (www.mycommunitynow.com)

The annual budget for those maintenance expenses cannot be $55,000,000.00.  Not at arm’s length transactions.  So what does that tell us?  It tells us that interest earned on that $55 million is what pays for the maintenance of the cemetery.

The terminology that is used with regard to the victims in this article is that they are creditors?  Can one make the conclusion that this is a community that cares more about the health of cemetery grounds than the safety of children?  What is implied in the commentary is that children at Mequon Churches would never be victimized by priests at those churches?  That is not really a statement made as an act of confidence it would seem to be more of a statement that has a hidden insight?

“This case could also set a precedent for a number of other religious institutions around the state and the cemeteries they care for.”  Is this man telling us where the “Easter” eggs are hidden?  Or is he distracting us from where the “Easter” eggs are hidden?  Does the man that made this comment (Alderman John Wirth of the Mequon Common Council) know for certain that other religions have committed the same crime and are therefore liable, or is the statement baseless conjecture?

$55 Million is a lot of money!  Oprah once interviewed a sexual molestor in prison.  He said that he saw the young womans whole life flash before him.  When you see a persons whole life flash before you do you indeed see into the future and the opportunities there are to make money in that future?  That would be the occult side of religion wouldn't it?  That would be the side of religion that we don't see.  Like children being molested when they are alone or money being burried and hidden?

If indeed children were molested as part of an occult practice then one could come to the conclusion that the dead would rest much better at this cemetery if it were bulldozed over? 

The Precedent that this lawsuit sets is that children are not to be sexually molested by figures religious figures.  And that is indeed the precedent that the lawsuit should set once and for all for the history of all time!

To not worry that your children have the potential to be molested means that you are on the side that molests children?

If J.B. Van Hollen were to represent Mequon could he eventually be found guilty of Conspiracy to sexually molest children?

Protect cemetery funding at the expense of the crime of molesting children.  If you just step back from this one and connect the dots do you make the conclusion as to where the money came from in the first place?

And more importantly would some of that $55 million in assets be churned in legal fees and redistributed in this lawsuit?  Is the goal of the Mequon Common Council one of hanging out a shingle of that $55 million account and saying…

More importantly…can a community such as Mequon be found to be a party to a crime like this, if they were found to assist the criminals in an unlawful transfer of assets?  And if it can be proven that there was an unlawful transfer of assets with the intent to defraud legal plaintiffs (or victims) in the lawsuit- do the assets of that community become subject to the creditors (plaintiffs and victims) in the lawsuit?  Is that really the precedent that Mequon will unknowingly set?

And what does he mean by other religions? Is he alluding to the Lutheran religion? I have to ask? Is Scott Walker the legitimate son of a Lutheran Minister? In light of crimes committed what does it mean to minister religion? It would seem to have a legacy connection to the titles of Prime Minister in Enlgand? Did we not have a Revolutionary War already?
