Professional Baseball and Fights 04 12 2013
Fighting should be an indication of steroid use and an
automatic expulsion from Professional Sports.
If someone attacks you and breaks your collarbone and you
are a pitcher then your whole career has been compromised, so that person that
assaulted you, that is right assaulted you a criminal offense, should be expelled
from Professional Sports.
How is our criminal justice system supposed to function when
assault is defacto legal in what is termed Professional Sports?
So you have a culture that promoted this behavior on your team? How about we define you as life’s all time
cowards and you get to wear yellow uniforms for one year from the date of the
assault?
Not only that you are not allowed to win a title
either? Get it? We aren’t going to tolerate you!
And you know what you can do you can take all your sour
grapes, all your violence and talent and go live in the community that you grew
up in. Since you are so highly
compensated and highly valued we are sure you will have a positive impact and
be of great benefit to society? Who are
we kidding- everyone knows that last sentence is false!
So maybe you never made it past the sandbox in life? What do we do with you? Tell me what we are supposed to do with you?
What kind of a role model are you for young boys and a
country founded on the principle of integrity?
Forty six million Americans on foodstamp’s? Who wants to look at you?
What religion and college supported you? What community thinks you’re their hometown
hero?
And all this in front of crowd of beer drinking low life's!Copyright 2013 Thomas Paul Murphy
