Doesn't that really mean that it negates or partly negates the very important human conscience?
So how does one sort out who really has a conscience and who doesn't?
Brain scan, genetics?
But the main point here is the effect of it has really been misworded in propaganda for a very long time?
Is it more accurate to say that:
1. Alcohol lowers inhibition.
or
2. Alcohol negates or partly negates any human conscience present?
I think that statement number 2 is the one that should have been taught to people in school. And not your vineyard marketing church propaganda of statement 1.

Off topic. So I read a reader opinion in the local paper. Blaming the problems within the Catholic Church on a culture of homosexuality present in the priesthood. I want to weigh in on why it has always been that way. The church has always been the marketing arm for the wealthy vineyard owner. Likely the first Priests were put in place as family members of the wealthy vineyard owner and the churches financed and built by the wealthy vineyard owner. So what likely occurred in those wealthy families? I read new scientific research that highly links homosexuality to a defect in the gene that regulates serotonin. Serotonin in turn regulates whether a person is happy through personal achievement or conversely substance abuse. I am asserting right here that that defect to the gene that regulates seratonin comes from alcohols influence on pregnancy. I would also assert that it should be included in the broadly scoped definition of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.
Serving alcohol at a city gathering place is a way to maintain a Kingdom. Why? Because it is the leading cause of mental retardation in the Western Hemisphere via Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. In effect a sheep of a person is not going to be much competition to the status quo of your King or whatever the leader of that village terms itself to be. Do you see how it also corrupts the sons of men to be homosexual and therefore not have offspring that will be a true and much needed competitive threat to leadership? It has to do with that grouped homosexual culture in the church giving a sense of normality to the highly influential young of the community?

And perhaps this is the best statement that can be made for the assertion of negating human conscience, "How could you let your life become what it did?"
