Any Citizen that has a complaint of Police Report Filed against them has a right to know it has been filed against them and should be notified 09 24 2018
For a Judicial System not to is worse than constructive negligence it is plain out right corruption.

Kavanaugh Supreme Court? Let's say a Police Report was filed against him when he was young. And it came into his fathers hands as a matter of what should be standard practice.
Wouldn't that be a much better world? Assuming the father of someone like that (and the mother too) has any minuscule amount of a human conscience, which isn't a given.
And lets say it was against a Village President or Mayor? There should be a higher up council that has the power to remove someone like that from their job. And all that needs to happen is the person admitting the accusation is completely true and happened while they were in power?
