If a woman in General only comes forward when she is not granted success in our economy

If a woman in General only comes forward, with regard to rape accusations, when she is not granted success in our economy, then perhaps women should be deemed to weak to make voting decisions in the United States.  Hence disqualified as electorates.

We were never meant to be a nation of, "Keep your mouth shut when something bad happens to you."
