I consider this as carrying the defective gene for personal rewards 03 09 2022
In other words whatever that person does in life will never be enough. And they therefore seek to meddle with the reward system of normal individuals.
In other words because they have a defective gene for person rewards they are prone to violate the human rights of those who do not have that defective gene. Whether there is a current drug addiction or not, or never was one.
Here we see a quote of Joe Biden saying that the defective gene came from "Mommy to me." In other words he knows that he has it! He knows! (See link below) (Guess what he is! Just guess!)
How and why is it relevant? Because I am seeing more unconstitutional laws coming forth now that Biden is President.
Again when their reward system is out of whack genetically they are going to encroach on the normal! They can't help it.

It has to do with taking a person who can never be happy because of genetics and doing absolutely everything in the world to attempt to make them happy.
