Whereby great division of responsibilities is designed to lessen liabilities.
And pardon for lack of articulation but making it hard to put the finger on who was negligent.
Divide responsibilities so that no single person has to develop too much responsibility?
And then the whole thing is just naturally pocked with mediocrity.
The American public could take a general health questionnaire in order to determine if the current slate of Health Care Professionals is meeting our working needs. A question in there somewhere might be, "Did you in any way find a Doctor or treatment illegitimate?"
We could go fill that out at the voting polls just like we do referendums. And those in the health care industry themselves would have to declare such on the referendum type questionnaire.
