 So who gets the children in a Divorce?

The courts decide?

I don't know anything about it.  Are their criteria that must be applied?  Are they criteria that can be subjectively weighted?

So often a judge is a career woman.  She chose a career and not to raise her own children in her home?  So I would question that validity of a decision made by her on who gets the children?

For what reason?  Illegitimacy?

And I remember there was a woman judge on a high profile case and it was in the news...allegedly her own son gave fentanyl to another boy and he died?  Trying to make that a generic statement.

I mean look at the gestalt of all the above there and it isn't working is it.

And perhaps a teacher might say, it isn't perfect but it is all we got.  To trust the system and contact your representatives when you have an issue?

And in this business economy run wild on the rails a woman doesn't have much of a choice in life?  Nor does a family.

Ps. It is a patriarchal formed country and it is coming to odds with an element that isn't?

I mean it could be that a single parent is denied custody of her children because she is ill from a "voice" of the woman who wants those very children!  There I said it!
