If someone addicted to alcohol is an alcoholic how come someone who is addicted to nicotine isn't a nicotinic?
Someone addicted to Marijuana a Marijuanac?
Someone addicted to heroin a heroinic?
Someone addicted fentanyl a fentanylac?
Someone addicted to opiates an opiatic?
" cocaine a cocainic?
Why not give each individual addiction, a disease, a specific name?
Not important enough?
Too demeaning to an already weak individual?
Don't want to stigmatize them? Can't even name the disease because it seems like undo discipline to them?
Don't like the patriarchal nature of any of this?
And you don't ever want to get to specific identification of who gave them the specific drugs and made high profits doing so.
