As every once in a while the idea surfaces to divert Great Lakes water out West.
Why? So you can water your Cali Vineyards.
If they have a water problem out West then they need to stop production of "alcohol!". A lot of water is used in the prod. of alcohol.
Ban it out there and they would have plenty to drink. Also it would take care of our immigrant problem.
Eventually as to gene pool sobered up you would have close to zero gun violence problems.
No better way to unify a nation than that

And you know what else? I would ban all alcohol production in Wisconsin until the river water flowing into Lake Michigan is clean!
Heck I would ban it until crime rates drop and test scores go up. There would be zero cars driving straight into houses at high speed. Zero human trafficking. Absent the use of alcohol people would rather quickly have had enough of all the problems like that and vetted them.
