So how can we figure this out?
We need stats on the level of student debt in Wisconsin.
We need stats on the level of alcohol consumption by the UW System. And what might be considered an average price for such amount of alcohol.
715,800 people in the state have a combined student debt of $23.1 billion. Which equates to $32,230 per the sites stat offering.

UW Madison has the highest alcohol consumption of any college in the nation. If I were Governor of this state I would attempt to flip that statistic to ZERO on a dime! And then I could act like Ron Johnson and say if you don't like it you can leave the State!
Seriously if what is considered to be a local type government can contradict the United States Constitution with regard to gun ownership then we can also ban alcohol via the exact same legal screw.
Okay I am not going to find that stat I am looking for but we will just use that $4 billion found here, and that likely isn't high enough.

4bil divide by 715,800 equals $5,588.oo of that $32,230? No that isn't apples to apples. Because the 4 bil is for one year and the $32,230 is for four years. So $5,588 times 4 = $22,352 in alcohol debt for a four year degree. Now lets see if that number makes sense. 365 times 4 equals. 1,460 days in a four year degree. So 22,352/1460= $15 dollars a day spent by that looser on alcohol.
So $22,352/32,230 = 69% of that student debt should not be forgiven.
And these are all just back of the envelop numbers, cuffed, contrived to start to prove a point.
And we are to assume that it is these degreed individuals who determined it is somehow amoral for a woman to not keep a pregnancy caused by rape or incest?
George Bush once stated we are in the middle east because the Gog and Magog are there? That looks to be a little misdirection leading to me.
And so indeed all of your college debt will be forgiven except your bar bill. And that debt will be converted to be owned by the local taverns and breweries, wineries, moonshine jug thumbers whatever. So you will pay them for the rest of your lives. Interest on all the jugs you thumbed while you went to something called college.

And guess what, that sh1t kid who didn't make it through college, but owns a tavern, is a millionaire! And you have to put up with much worse than that!
And if you have a normal son they are going to drive that son crazy with voices and mentally disable him/her upon graduation. And if you have a normal daughter the green eyed monster is going to catch up with that one when she has her first baby, and drive her crazy with voice and mentally disable her. That is why women get it a little later in life than men do.
