1. Is it because we have people drinking alcohol in the United States who should not even be able to afford it?
Is that revenue really beneficial to our nation?
2. Do some judges get kickbacks from private prisons if they convict and sentence people to serve there? Can you believe it happened? Which might cause us to re-examine if a judge should determine the prison? I really don't know the details, do they?
But with regard to "1" that uneducated and perhaps uneducable class of people using drugs is going to cause violence. A less intelligent person unable to determine the validity of a counterargument to them and violence results. Should we have to put up with it? That demographic?
What about immigration? What if it is determined through statistics that an immigrant population will never reach a base level of intelligence? Do we keep letting them in or consider them a risk to our democracy?
Good God look at the horror of it! Do we let them in in order to fill our prisons?
