Initial purpose of crayon, to create a crayon from commonly available canning wax or bee's wax in order to use to cover the fish eyes of lures before applying color or top coating to them so that definition of eyes is maintained and coatings can easily to be removed.

Broader market.  To create a novel art used item, whereby various colors can be formed an do made by into base sets  of such crayons by end user.

To be used by children over a certain age too, if heating danger elements in making such crayons can be overcome, in such a "permanent" equipment sold with.  Upper melting point of wax is 154 degrees F.

Base item of invention consists of threaded plunger and a threaded tube about same dimensions as common writing instruments.
