Health Inspector 05 20 2012
If a health inspector finds an old
smelly kitchen rag is being used at a restaurant that restaurant should lose
its license.
Also in the future it should be required
that all restaurants have a closed circuit television monitor that the patrons
can view and it monitors and records the kitchen activities. When a restaurant receives a license to do
business this live camera footage should also be recorded at the National
health inspector database.
This would indeed prevent a lot of food
borne illnesses. It is more of a serious
problem than you would think and it leads to decreased national productivity
and a lower standard of living as well as new bacterial and viral strains that
we will not have a defense for.
