Does the United States Constitution Mention Martial Law 06 27 2015
I would have to read it thoroughly, but I don't believe it does.
The Second Amendment precludes Martial Law. Why? Because your guarantied right to Bear arms that cannot be infringed means you can go outside anytime with that gun. So the Constitution precludes Martial Law.
Now there have been "Acts:" that have declared contrary to the Supreme Law of the Land on that matter right there.
But the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land.
As far as I will always be concerned the Constitution provisions are always in place even if the Constitution is burned and every copy of it too!
The fact that the Supreme Court would allow something contrary to the Constitution really means that they have never been qualified to be there. Now in the Popes latest speech he declared that same thing to the effect that there are imposters in the workforce.
What are all these laws that are Contrary to our Constitution doing here? They are anti "Prophet" laws.
