Hypocritical False Analogy Justice as a tool of the mentally defective among us 06 04 2015
It really means the inability to make accurate and meaningful comparisons. And that would indicate a hippocampus defect in the brain.
I doubt any person in need of special education will ever be able to get past that stage in life. And it represents a great threat to humanity.
It is a disease of spoiled impulse behavior; wanting something to be true even though it never can be. What it amounts to is outwardly directed hatred of self.

We also see it in poor decision making in the criminal justice system.
