For those of you who don't know; Joe Biden's 46 year old son just died of brain cancer. We already know that Alcohol and tobacco cause cancer. In fact tobacco is so great at causing lung cancer that 1/6 of the people who die from lung cancer get it from second hand smoke.
So indeed you voted for a man who didn't have the ability to discipline his son in order to prevent him from using a toxic substance that caused him to die young of brain cancer. And I am assuming he was a drinker.
Now here is the best part of this article.
If Barrack Obama, President of the United States, dies from tobacco caused lung cancer while in office would you THEN view Tobacco as a threat to the United States Constitution? No you wouldn't! More likely that not you would use that as an opportunity to cause a coup to take over the United States and destroy the Constitution.

Does cancer produce a non endogenous gas in the breath? I can tell you without a doubt the bacteria recently discovered to cause Rheumatoid Arthritis does cause a nonendogenous gas in the breath. That makes it the equivalent of the plague. And the CDC should have been all over it!

We know what unreasonable search and seizure is, but what is reasonable search and seizure?
Lets say that a man, who is a computer scientist working for a large Milwaukee Corporation is found to have 16 Gigabytes of the most horrific child porn on his computer that you have ever seen. They don't know what to do about them and have not charged them or given them court dates in Wisconsin. At the very least what the law should be is that Due process has been made, and immediately that person can never have, own or possess computer equipment of any kind again! Now that is justice! Seeing that you are so chicken footed and baby faced that you don't even have the moral to take these people to court. Why because a woman judge projects her own self pity and insecurity on these people. So in my opinion that person should have a standing search and seizure warrant issued on them with regard to computer equipment! However as much as you want to you may and should NEVER confiscate that persons guns; because the law prevents you from doing so! (*A)
Same goes for drug dealers freed from prison! Heroin causes death in those it is given to! So that person should be considered to have a standing lifetime warrant for search and seizure of drugs! But again, "May you NEVER EVER take any of their guns!"
Bush's Patriot law doesn't even want you to expose a gun (classified as a arm) within so many feet of school grounds! He has to be mentally retarded! When I was a boy there was a United States WWII tank in the sandbox at St. Eugene's school we used to play on. Or was that in Iowa? There was a cannon in the park in front of the armory not two blocks from my house. We see guns on the belts of Police officers all the time. Do you see what I am getting at? Those are guns on the statue in the middle of Wisconsin Avenue in front of the Milwaukee Public Library?

Now lets say that you have a cancer patient or former cancer patient like Joe Biden's son was. Should you need to get a warrant to search and seize his house for cancer causing substances like alcohol and tobacco? No. Why not? Because it isn't unreasonable! In fact since BO is making every one pay for health insurance you should be able to go into your neighbors house and take his boo's or tobacco if he or a family member has had cancer! But I repeat those guns belong to him and are his God given right! Just as the belong to those in the statue in the middle of Wisconsin avenue in front of the Public Library.
Now perhaps all police cars should be fueled with repurposed confiscated alcohol. Now that is the kind of new world I would bring to you!

Should you ever need a search and seizure warrant to go into the house of someone who gave birth to a genetically defective mentally retarded child in order to seize their alcohol? No! It is like giving them a table saw with a razor sharp blade and watching the anxiety they have because they believe that they can never trust themselves to use it. Either they learn how to use it first or they injure themselves because of their own lack of preparation and conscience. But better their life than yours!
So why aren't their any more tanks in public parks? Because that kid with the odd limbs and the wobbly head would like want to climb up on it as the other children did and fall and become paralyzed.

Look, this person likes to view boys having their groins harmfully wrenched (possibly made sterile) and their annus's bloodied; you are going to allow him to marry (either sex), you are going to allows him to adopt children or be foster parents? Again I really don't believe a woman has the mental capacity to understand this.
Another missing point is that you don't want someone with that high level software knowledge leaving the country and going to work for a foreign entity.
